Proposed By Laws Change

"The two clergy delegates who serve on the Diocesan Council for three year terms will be appointed by the Diocesan Bishop annually at the time of the Diocesan Assembly."

This proposed change will be presented and discussed at the 2006 Assembly.  A vote will be taken.
