Note: An Observer fee of $40.00 is required to cover the costs of snacks and meals provided at the church. If registering here (on-line), please mail your check in promptly (see below for address).

Banquet & Installation Only Option: Those who wish to attend only the Liturgy and the Banquet should register using the paper (printed, mail-in) Observer Form click for a copy. Cross out “Observer Name” on the form, and indicate “Banquet Attender Name.” Send (mail) in the $70.00 banquet fee along with the form to the address indicated at the bottom of this page.

A complete agenda and schedule, as well as reports, will be made available to all registered delegates and observers on this website in September.

Observers will be responsible for downloading the report book and reading the material prior to the Assembly. The report book will not be mailed.
