Delegates will be responsible for downloading the report book and reading the material prior to the Assembly. The report book will not be mailed. A spouse who attends but who is not an accredited delegate is considered an Observer, and is must register as an Observer, and is subject to the same deadlines and fees as other Observers.

The Assembly fee and Banquet fee for Clergy are covered by the parish Assembly Assessment.

Clergy transportation and lodging costs are not covered by the Assessment but they are the responsibility of the parish. Clergy delegates are responsible for making their own travel and hotel arrangements.
